When one is full of gratitude then it is so much easier to bear the trials that come our way. Some people like the Saints even gave thanks to God for the Crosses, big or small, that they receive, "counting it as pure joy" to be tried and tested. Indeed our Life itself should be a big Thank You note to our Creator. It is wise that at the end of the day we count our blessings so that we never cease to have a grateful heart for out of this gratitude we will find joy. Be thankful- always!

Why can people be so destructive towards each other and to Mother Nature? Perhaps because we have not been Truthful. Sometimes we tend to believe that we are right but that is only as far as we are concerned. We try to force Truth to our side instead of the other way around. But the Truth can't be coerced. Only God has the monopoly of the Truth and if we are on God's side by following His law and building a relationship with Him then chances are we won't stray away from the Truth.
